Description
I downloaded psi-0.13-rc1-win32.zip, unpacked, then I start the PSI, click to go "Online", it tries to connect, then I get "Psi has stopped working", the ms visual debugger tells me:

Does 0.13-rc1 crash consistently for you? Were you running 0.12 before this, and if so, does 0.12 still work without crashing?

so that's what I did:
I tried to run 0.13-rc1 serveral times and it was crashing all the time, so I reverted to 0.12 (not 0.12.1), and it started flawlessly. I tried once again 0.13-rc1 and it crashed, so I posted a bug here.
However, yesterday evening I decided to install all remaining updates for my Windows Vista Home, this morning I read your question here, downloaded the 0.13-rc1 again... and it started without problems as described previously. I would rather have a look on this problem, but it's somehow working now. I will inform you if something happens again.
