Description

I'd like to see an option to open chats to different contacts in separate windows, but have all chats with one person (but with different resources) in one window. Great option for tab-haters.

So what you really want is a better handling of resources, not a change to tabs :)

I'd love to see better resource management to. Here is the example of what happens.

I talk to the user who is in GTalk or GMail and he goes offline.
On next connection GTalk give him different resource id, so 1) i don't see in conversation window that he is back 2) our conversation moves to a different window

it's annoying.
