I was wrong about floating toolbars, because the problem doesn't reproduce in a simplistic test app. Investigating.

Toolbars couldn't be re-docked if the roster window is too small. Enlarging it will help to make toolbars dockable. (reproduces with small test app) Problem about restoring state of floating toolbar seems like Qt4 bug, which should be reported...
